Rev. David Nutting has served as Senior Pastor of NCPC since 2006, and has been in ministry since 1996. David received a Bachelor of Music degree from Northern Illinois University, a Master of Music degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and a Master of Divinity degree from Westminster Seminary in California. He and his wife Priscilla have been married 22 years and have three children: Emily (13) and Kaitlin (11) and Caleb (8). David loves time with his family, reading, golfing, cycling and great music.
Associate Pastor of Family and Discipleship Ministries
Joel is the Director of Community and Discipleship at NCPC. He and his wife Ruth have been attending NCPC for more than 15 years. Joel served as a deacon for the first 12 years and is now Associate Pastor. Joel and Ruth have two children, both of whom are in school. Joel has a B.S. in Business Administration, and earned his M.Div. from Westminster Seminary California in 2015. Joel's areas of ministry are Oversight of Community Groups, Discipleship, and Counseling.
Joel enjoys golfing, reading, hiking, and mountain biking.
Assistant Pastor for Missions
Bradley serves as Assistant Pastor at North City Presbyterian Church. He became a member of NCPC in April, 1997, and was ordained here as a pastor in March, 2001. Bradley worked as a preacher and teacher in the Presbyterian churches in Tijuana for over ten years, and he now enjoys teaching church history at North City. He speaks Spanish and Portuguese, and is employed as an interpreter of English and Spanish in the Superior Court of San Diego County. He has travelled extensively in Mexico and Central America. In his free time, Bradley does genealogical research on his mother's family.

Director of Administration & Treasurer
Bill is the Treasurer and Director of Administration at NCPC, on a volunteer basis. He and his lovely wife Barbara have been members of NCPC for more than 20 years. Bill and Barbara have four grown children, fourteen grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Bill served as a YMCA employee and then a Y executive and CEO for more than fifty years. In addition to his duties at NCPC, he also is a Risk Management Consultant for non-profit organizations.
