SAM AND EDINA HAKIM AMULE - UGANDA

Ministry Location:  Arua, Northern Uganda

Personal and Professional Background:  Sam is a refugee from Sudan, living in Uganda.  He is a graduate of Westminster Theological College in Zana, Uganda.

Ministry Focus: Sam’s ministry is church planting and leadership training.  He has started four churches, trained numerous leaders, and started a school near the border of Sudan and Congo.  Part of Sam's motivation to start the school was that the Muslims were intensely targeting the border area, and Christian education is desperately needed.  The school has 157 children who are taught by 7 volunteer teachers.

Prayer Requests: Sam would like to begin a small income-producing project to raise funds to support the teachers at his school.  Please pray for micro-enterprise loans, and for blessings on his new venture.

NCPC connection: NCPC began supporting Sam during his training at WTC, and he is a close friend of Dave and Darlene Eby.
