Ministry Location: Escondido, CA
Personal and Professional Background: Juan grew up in a Presbyterian family in Mexico. As a young man he got involved with Inter-Varsity Christian Fellowship and ultimately became regional director for the north of Mexico. He studied Civil Engineering in the United States and completed seminary training at WTS in Escondido. He and his wife have “a passion to always serve God and love their neighbors, glorifying Him in all they do.”
Ministry Focus: Juan is the pastor of Mission Vida Nueva, a church planting project of the South Coast Presbytery of PCA
Prayer Requests: Juan requests prayer for Misión Vida Nueva, the development, of the church planting movement among Hispanics, and for the transformation of people by the Gospel of Christ.
NCPC connection: Former NCPC pastor Dave Eby encouraged Juan to create Misión Vida Nueva, the first Hispanic Church Plant in the South Coast Presbytery.
