Sponsorship Form

If you would like to sponsor a child, please fill out and submit the electronic form below. Make your check payable to North City Presbyterian Church and mail it to the address below. Sponsorship fees are due by September 30th of this year.

All of the funds go directly to the child's school to pay for his/her tuition, uniform and lunches. You will also receive a picture and/or a letter from the child you sponsor.
